Integrity Tree Financial Inc. was founded in August 2018 after overwhelming feedback from clients requesting additional services beyond just mortgages. Our clients had various financial needs, and wanted to avoid the headache of dealing with countless service providers. The vision was to deliver other complimentary services to clients under one umbrella, with the same level of professionalism and integrity that had been provided to them during their mortgage process. We have multiple divisions offering a variety of services including mortgages, accounting, insurance, investments, and small loans.
Asif A. Kasim is the President, CEO, principal mortgage broker and financial advisor of Integrity Tree Financial. He founded Integrity Tree after growing a successful mortgage brokerage because he was determined to offer clients a full suite of options for all of their financial needs. He focuses on listening carefully to clients, understanding what they may be looking for and proposing helpful solutions that will help them meet their financial goals.
With a vast array of experiences working with financial institutions and a strong ability to develop relationships, Asif has found his passion in helping others by providing services that fulfill their financial needs. By leading and developing others, he has been able to grow a strong network of colleagues, associates and partnerships that have contributed to his success both professionally and personally.
Aside from a professional life within the financial services, Asif enjoys working within the community as well as giving back by charitable work and fundraising for youth related needs. When not at his desk, Asif spends his spare time with his wife and young children, cheering on the Raptors, or listening to the best bands of the 80s and 90s.
Jay Ibrahim, our Director of Accounting, is a trusted advisor with significant experience in Taxation, Business Advisory and Accounting for business owners, entrepreneurs, and individuals.
Prior to joining Integrity Tree Financial, Jay worked with Canada’s top financial institutions, small-medium sized organizations as well as start-ups in financial accounting and tax advisory roles. He has developed a comprehensive understanding of the accounting, tax, and financial needs of small business owners as well as the tax planning needs of Canadians through his prior experience working with accounting firms in the GTA. Jay currently assists clients with tax preparation for personal, corporate and non-for-profit organizations, CRA audits, reviews and compilations of financial statements, tax planning for investors and corporate entities as well as accounting and business advisory for entrepreneurs and business owners in all stages of growth.
When not in the office, Jay is actively involved in his community giving back through a number of initiatives such as being a member of Junior Achievements Ontario promoting financial literacy to children, volunteering at Hot Soup Kitchens and coaching youth boys’ soccer teams in Toronto.
Michael Yosher has over 12 years of experience in the financing and real estate field. He learned the ins and outs of financing by working as a lender at Scotiabank & CIBC, allowing him to learn the corporate lending policies and procedures followed by the major institutions.
His experience as an independent lender at a brokerage immersed him in the world of private lending and alternative financing solutions. He has originated, underwritten, and funded large land & construction loans in the $15M - $20M range, as well as small private mortgages under $50K. The wide range of his lending experience gives him a unique perspective to assess various client needs.
In his quest to help clients, Michael has chosen to get involved in the Micro lending space as he saw a need to fill the gap of mid-sized loans while giving clients a quick and easy solution.
Away from the office, Michael is an avid reader and even more avid eater as he enjoys sampling a wide variety of international cuisines.
Wayne has over two decades of mortgage and banking experience, and uses that knowledge to his client’s benefit. He regularly assists clients with their real estate transactions - working with them to improve their credit and close on the property of their dreams.
Wayne prides himself on his client service skills. He understands how important open and frequent communication is to making the mortgage process run smoothly.
Whether there’s good or bad news for clients, Wayne is there at every step explaining how the process works and what the next steps are to get the deal done. He prides himself on being a resource for his clients, and is thrilled when his name is top of mind when it comes to mortgages.
When he’s not helping you close your deal, Wayne can often be found cheering on the Raptors with a slice of jalapeno cheddar Doritos.

Agents need to be extremely organized, motivated and accountable; to both clients and referral partners. There is a lot of competition in the space and agents have to be prepared to be ambitious and stand out from a service and delivery standpoint. In my role as Regional Vice President I enjoy working with both new and experienced agents providing the necessary support to achieve success.
